The team at Indian Cottage is proud to open Fusion Restaurant in Trinity Square — a new all-day spot built around burgers, fried chicken, sandwiches, rice deals and milkshakes.
Think classic takeaway favourites with a little extra heat: tikka burgers, peri peri wings, crispy chicken, and the sides you actually want. Mild if you like it gentle. Spicy if you don’t.
Open from 8am for coffee and breakfast energy, through to 9:30pm for dinner, collection and island delivery.
